At Stella Decor AB (“Stella Decor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, phone number, order information, payment information and payment history.

Usage data

Retention of data
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. We also use this information to help you with customer service.
We will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our website, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Service providers
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of language and currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
We may also employ other third-party service providers to facilitate our website on our behalf or to perform services or to assist us in analysing and monitoring how our website is used. In general, these third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are legally required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
We use Klarna as a payment provider for certain countries. In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Changes to privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
