Frequently asked questions from Stella Decor's consumers that we have tried to list and answer to ensure your experience with our brand is as delightful as possible.

Q1: To which countries do you deliver? Do you ship worldwide?

A1: Yes, Stella Decor has logistic partners that cover the globe and delivery of products purchased through Stella Decor’s website can be delivered globally*, but our main shipping destinations are Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Germany and other EU-member states (other than countries mentioned)as well as UK and US.

Q2: Where is your products designed and produced?

A2: Our products are designed in Sweden and produced by hand in Nepal. For more information please read more on our 'Meet our artisans' page where we share transparently the story of our producers, their cause and our relationship with them.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?

A3: For orders made online, you can choose to pay via bank, credit card or invoice payment. All payments by invoice are made via Klarna, and for questions regarding an invoice, you contact Klarna directly.

The payment methods are market specific and shown, if available, in the checkout eg. AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna (Invoice), Maesto, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Swish/Vips (bank transfer).

When making a purchase through your bank or by credit card, Shopify Payments manage all transactions, which are done with secure encryption and according to strict bank norms. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank. We also practice the use of 3D Secure or other encryption services, depending on issuer, for validation of credit cards.

Stella Decor does not charge any extra fees for card payments. When paying by credit or with debit card, our terms take effect as soon as the card transaction has been approved.

Q4: Where can I see my gift card balance?

Q4: If a gift card has been partially used, the remaining balance is sent by email to you as a customer. If you have lost a gift card or need a balance update, please contact us and we will, upon verification, email an updated gift card to the original customer.

Q5: My order is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?

A5: Yes. Please include a note on the product page*.

*Stella Decor has a broad assortment of products in various sizes. For most of the items, we offer a gift wrapping service. If gift wrapping is unavailable for the product you have chosen, it is due to environmental and logistic reasons.

We do not offer gift wrapping in custom formats.

Q6: Can I amend an already placed order?

A6: Unfortunately, you cannot change an already placed order.

Q7: How can I track my order?

A7: You can track your order by using the tracking link in the email and/or SMS from the shipping partner. You can also download Unifaun app to track your shipment.

Q8: What is the shipping cost when i shop online?

A8: The shipping cost may vary depending on the product quantity and weight of your order.

To find out the exact price, please add your selected products to the shopping bag and proceed in the checkout.

We offer free shipping above certain tresholds, with specific conditions needed to be met to qualify depending on your location/market.

Q8: How do I return or exchange an item?

A8: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please register it here. Returned item(s) must be in its original condition, it can not have been used or washed. The item(s) needs to have all Stella Decor tags & labels still attached to each product, and needs to be sent back in the original packaging for the return. Item(s) not fulfilling this will not be accepted as a return.

Return fees are as follows:
Within Sweden SEK 150, within the EU EUR 25, other countries USD 25.

You can choose to put your invoice on hold directly through Klarna. The value of the goods is credited when the goods have been returned to Stella Decor. 

We do not offer a direct exchange policy. If customer wish to exchange an item(s), we ask customer to return the item(s) wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s).
