    We charge a shipping fee of 200 SEK (c. 200 NOK) on orders below 2,000 SEK (c. 2,100 NOK). On orders above 2,000 SEK, we offer free shipping.

    We offer free shipping with DHL above 1500 SEK (c.1500 DKK). Delivery cost below this treshold is 120 SEK (c. 120 DKK). Your order will be shipped to a DHL service point near you.

    We ship with UPS. Your order will be placed in a UPS access point or delivered to the shipping address entered when placing the order.

    Prices shown before checkout include VAT. If your order excluding VAT is below 135 GBP (c. 1,600 SEK), VAT will be charged at checkout. If the order excl. VAT is above 135 GBP, once you insert your shipping location at checkout, VAT will be deducted from the price  

    Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Local taxes and other fees, such as customs may occur, and the customer is responsible for handling these costs

    Delivery time is 3-14 working days.

    We ship with UPS. Your order will be placed in a UPS access point or delivered to the shipping address entered when placing the order. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Local taxes and other fees, such as customs may occur, and the customer is responsible for handling these costs. Prices shown before checkout include VAT. Once you insert your shipping location at checkout, VAT will be deducted from the price. Delivery time is 3-14 working days. We charge a shipping fee of 200 SEK (c. 20 USD) on orders below 2,000 SEK (c. 230 USD). On orders above 2,000 SEK, we offer free shipping.

    When placing the order, please make sure you enter the correct address, and if you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us.

Delivery time

Once you place your order, we will start processing it. The delivery time depends on the day and time you make the order and the corner of the world you live in. Please see estimated delivery times per country and region. Variations may occur but we aim to get all packages delivered within two weeks from placing the order.

If you order a pre-order item, the delivery time is advised separately. We will do our best to keep you updated on the delivery timetable and notify you when your items are available for shipping. Please note that shipping dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

You can track your order by using the tracking link in the email and/or SMS from the shipping partner. You can also download Unifaun app to track your shipment. If you are unable to track you parcel using the above services, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please register it here. Returned item(s) must be in its original condition, it can not have been used or washed. The item(s) needs to have all Stella Decor tags & labels still attached to each product, and needs to be sent back in the original packaging for the return. Item(s) not fulfilling this will not be accepted as a return.

Return fees are as follows:
Within Sweden SEK 150, within the EU EUR 25, other countries USD 25.

You can choose to put your invoice on hold directly through Klarna. The value of the goods is credited when the goods have been returned to Stella Decor. 

The return will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed and accepted at our warehouse. For claims or errors, Stella Decor covers additional charges. If customs and/or other additional costs arise these will be deducted from the credit invoice.

All returned items from an order must be returned in one parcel. The parcel must be correctly addressed to C/O Stella Decor, Stella Decor AB, Lumaparksvägen 1, 120 31 Stockholm. Please include the attached delivery note with the order number (included in your package at delivery). Unidentified parcels and items will not be approved.

The customer is responsible for the return until we receive it at our warehouse. Once the return has been received at our warehouse it’s processed and inspected within 30 days. Approved returns will receive a full refund of the price for the returned item(s) using the same payment method used when purchasing your order. Eg. if you used PayPal the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Please note that these credit transactions can take up to five banking days and that the return cost will be deducted from the refund. When we've accepted the return and transferred the money, we will contact you as a customer.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

1. Register your return here.

2. Fill in the return code and quantity in the delivery note for the products you want to return.

3. Pack your item(s) neatly in a suitable package/bag/box. Let's keep the waste to a minimum - re-use our packaging if possible.

4. Attach the return slip to the package, covering the existing waybill (make sure you cover the barcode)

5. Arrange a pickup according to one of the following alternatives:

- Leave the package at a drop off point. To locate your nearest drop off locations, you may use this locator.

- Schedule a pickup online via My DHL.

6. Once we've accepted your return, inspected and/or approved it and transferred the money, you will here from us.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

You can track your return with DHL here to see if you order have arrived at our warehouse.

When it arrives at our warehouse we will always try to handle it as fast as possible. We will send you and email once your return has been processed and refund have been transferred.

You are always welcome to email us to check on the status of your return.

HOW LONG TIME DOES IT TAKE TO HANDLE A RETURN, AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once the return has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected within 30 days. Approved returns will receive full refund for returned item(s) using same payment method used when purchasing your order. You can expect it to be visible in your account within 5 business days.

When we've accepted your return and transferred the money, you will hear from us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer a direct exchange service.

If you wish to exchange an item(s), we ask you to return the item(s) wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s).

You are always welcome to email our customer service here if you have any questions or concerns.

CLAIMS

As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery.

If you have received products that are damaged or if the item(s) has another defect, please contact our customer service department here to get approval before returning the item(s).

- Please always state your order number in the email.

- Please attach a picture detailing the damage and/or defect.

When returning the goods you as a customer are responsible for getting the goods back to us in desired condition.

Use the original packaging and make sure to pack the items well. In the return form make sure to outline in writing the damage and/or defect as detailed as possible. Stella Decor will compensate your costs incurred in returning the products if the goods are proven damaged and/or defect.

Please observe that a wear and tear offset fee, if applicable, will be applied to the claim subsequent of:

- Below 1 year 0 % off.

- 1 years usage equals 30% off,

- 2 years usage equals 50% of the recommended retail price online.
